Position Summary: Rapidly growing Austin law firm is looking for a top-notch intake management professional who will manage multiple aspects of client relations for the law firm as well as the team of intake specialists. This position will often be the first line of contact for potential clients. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:1+ years of intake, customer service, or sales experience;1+ years of management experience is a plus but not required;Legal experience preferred but not required;Must have a bachelor's degree;Must be extremely comfortable speaking on the phone to clients;Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team;Excellent written and verbal skills;Capable of working in a fast paced environment;Computer literate;Excellent work ethic with the drive to 'get the job done';Great attitude, MUST work well with support staff, and be very organized;Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
