Vaco has partnered with national real estate investment firm in their search for an Analyst. Must have strong Excel modeling skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Compile budgets, financial forecasts, and operating performance review processes.
  • Assist with due diligence.
  • Assist with financial package preparation.
  • Special projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1+ years of experience. Commercial real estate, portfolio management or hospitality industry experience a plus.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
