Description
UPS is seeking a dynamic part-time HR Supervisor to impact the operation by administering and communicating HR policies, procedures and programs in several of the following areas: employment, employee relations, safety, reporting and record keeping, training, etc. He/She facilitates presentations and training as needed. The HR Supervisor also assists in investigations and conducts research based on information requests from managers. He/She works collaboratively with other members of the HR Team and maintains a working knowledge of other roles in the function.?

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Administers and communicates HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Facilitates presentations and training programs
  • Supports HR office and operation?
  • Conducts investigations and research
Knowledge and Skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Good conflict resolution skills, patience and listening skills
  • Ability to work with employees on various levels
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be available to work flexible shift hours
  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
  • Prior HR knowledge/experience - Preferred
