Overview
We are growing and looking to fill a critical role with a motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Manager for our Annapolis Junction, MD, VA office. Ideally, we are looking for a Contracts Manager with a passion for - or expertise in - the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  • Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business processes for contract management support to Government and Commercial programs, in accordance with Company policies, acquisition regulations and customer requirements.
  • Assist in timely delivery of proposals and customer deliverables.
  • Process contract information and maintain program performance metrics.
  • Assist Contract Management with support to internal program teams, assisting in solving problems, and offering creative solutions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, interacting frequently, and working as a team to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Analyze, prepare and negotiate contractual agreements including Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Memorandum of Understandings/Memorandum of Agreements and other binding agreements as the business opportunity presents.
  • Accomplish Department and Division objectives by promoting sound business principles.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices.
Qualifications
You'd be a great fit if...
  • You have 10+ years in Government Contracting, and a Bachelor's in business or related field.
  • You have demonstrated a strong understanding of general contractual principles, theories, and business practices, and be able to solve problems with limited guidance.
  • You are proficient with standard business-related tools, ie Microsoft office
It'd be even better if you...
  • Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets preferred but not required.
  • Have familiarity with U.S. government agencies is desired.
  • Are a self-starter with good organizational skills and computer skills.
  • Have GovWin experience preferred but not required.
  • Have basic EVMS understanding and reporting
